Andorra is a tiny country, located high in the Pyrrenias, the mountains separating France and Spain. No other country in Europe is located so high above sea level. The average altitude in the valleys is around 1500m. Andorra is not a member of the EU, there is no tax meaning very nice shopping experience.The people are friendly and the scenery is breathtaking. Andorra took me by suprise. Rarely have I been so depressed at the thought of returning home.
